The most exciting phase! While your project comes together we keep you updated along the way with weekly progress reports.

Closing
Congratulations on your new home! Upon completion of the build we do a full walkthrough with you to ensure quality control and to familiarize you with the operation of all services/utilities. Unique to Freshwater Homes is the creation of your homes “Owners Manual” complete with maintenance schedule and emergency procedures with pictures in the event you need to turn off any of your services.
